Clerk of Court
The Spartanburg County Judicial Center is now reopened to the public. Due to the continued State of Emergency, we ask that you follow the CDC guidelines while in the building, including allowing 6 feet between you and others around you. Please be considerate of staff who may not be able to distance themselves from you if you lean into their space. At this time, we are mandating temperature checks and proper wearing of face masks for all visitors to the building.
We also ask that if you have any symptoms of Covid-19, that you not come into the building. If you have symptoms but have been summoned to court or have been ordered to come to the building for some purpose, contact the court or office to which you were summoned for further instructions. You may find contact information for Spartanburg County Magistrate Court, Spartanburg County Probate Court and Spartanburg County Master-In-Equity under the “Departments” tab found on the home page on Spartanburg County’s website.
**On March 4, 2021, the South Carolina Supreme Court issued an amended order stating that in-person hearings may begin on that date. Please find the order here.
