In the normal course of public safety communications, actions of employees can become the center of citizen and public safety agency criticism. Citizens, visitors and public safety agency employees who have a complaint are always encouraged to notify us. As many citizen complaints are procedural misunderstandings between themselves and department employees, it is imperative the complaint be reviewed by the department and an attempt made to re-institute proper citizen / employee relations. Notify the Spartanburg County Communications / 9-1-1 Department of a formal complaint by filling out the feedback form below or calling 864-596-2050. All complaints shall be directed to a supervisor for documentation and review. The complainant will be notified of the receipt of their complaint and the process of the review. All complaints will be thoroughly reviewed and a conclusion of fact determined. Once the investigation is complete, the complainant will be notified and provided a general description of the findings.
